FEMS grants to young scientists 

FEMS supported our national conference, so we offer opportunity for Early Carrier Scientists (before 35 yo) to submit for FEMS grant. Application should contain proof of registration at the conference, short CV, and abstract of oral or poster presentation at 1st Polish Yeast Conference.

Reimbursement will take place only to registered participants who paid their registration fees. Deadline for FEMS grant application is April, 15. The awardees will be informed on May 15 at latest.

FEMS Grants

This meeting is selected by the Federation of European Microbiological Societies (FEMS) to offer grants for congress participation for Early Career Researchers*. 

To apply for thitis grant, you would need to meet following requirements: 
• be a member of a FEMS Member Society* or be recommended by such a member 
• be an Early Career Scientist** 
• be an Active Microbiologist  
• be presenting author at the meeting (oral or poster) 

  *  Find out if your society is a FEMS Member at https://fems-microbiology.org/member-societies/  
** These are active microbiologists who obtained the highest academic degree - Bachelor, Master or PhD - less than five years prior to    
      the application deadline date, or are a Master or PhD student.

NAWA grants for PhD students 

NAWA Exchange program announce the support of the 1st Polish Yeast Conference and provides 5 grants for foreign PhD students. Applicants should provide proof of registration, short CV, confirmation of the PhD student status, abstract of presentation at the conference.

Deadline for application is April 15. The awardees will be informed before May 15.
